Play It Forward!

CCSC Play It Forward Program Application 12.2025

Our Play it Forward Program is now open until 12/31/2026! This program helps 5 Coal City Soccer Club families with a $100 scholarship towards CCSC spring 2026 season. We thank our CCSC coaches for donating funds for this program for the last several seasons. Please fill out attached application and drop it off either to the Cove or Coal City Public Library. This program is for any child who plays in the CCSC. If you have already registered your child for the 2026 spring season do not worry you can still apply for a chance and if chosen you will receive a $100 refund.
